During this group building exercise each participant let the other participants hear their favorite piece of music.

When someone is playing his piece of music he tells the others what it is and why he loves it so much. When be finished talking the others tell him what they like about this piece of music and how it makes them feel.

During the group building exercise the trainer can apply variations to the exercise:

  1. Next to telling what the song reminds you of, the one playing the song and also the others who respond, can also tell how the songs makes them feel.
  2. Next to playing songs you can also let them bring their favorite movie scene. Let them tell what they like about it and the others tell what they like about the movie scene too.
  3. Next to playing songs you can also let them bring a picture of their favorite piece of art. Let them tell what they like about it and the others tell what they like about the art piece too.
