This is one of our icebreaker games in which the team form groups of three which will come up with a task to do during lunch time.

After everyone came up with a task you tell them to give the task to another trio which have to do the task during their lunch.

During the icebreaker games exercise the trainer can apply variations:

  1. After the trios come back after their lunch, tell them, if possible, to perform or show their task.
When a team for example had the task to come up with a song during the lunch they can perform the song.
  2. When there is a group that really doesn’t want to perform the task ask the other trios who wants to change their task with them.
  3. You can go to the same canteen or lunch place for with all the trios and put each trio at a different table, but you can also let each trio to pick their own place.

Do you have a good icebreaker games variation please type it below as a comment.
