This is one of our top team building games in which everyone will form a line on one side of the room and takes a step forward when he recognise himself in the thesis named by the trainer.

When the trainer named a few theses the team can see clearly where everyone stands in the room and how everyone is related to the theme.

During the Top Team Building Games exercise the trainer can applies variations:

  1. To see more difference between the persons in the room you can tell people to take a step forward when they agree with the names thesis, don’t move at all when they are neutral related to the thesis, and step backwards when they totally disagree with the named thesis.
  2. When everyone stand in a certain place after all the theses of the theme has been named, the persons who feel they want to, can tell the rest how they relate themselves to the theme.
  3. When everyone stand in a certain place after all the theses of the theme has been named you can trigger a discussion between the participants. Always keep it positive. You can ask the persons who took many steps when the theme “Feeling isolated within the group” is being played, what they need to come to the side of the persons who didn’t walked at all. During the theme “Enjoying your work” you can ask the participants who didn’t walk, what they need to come to the side of the room where the persons who took many steps are. Let the people walk to the side of the room they would like to be, and let them ask themselves the question what they need to go there.
