Team building activity games are a great way to let everyone get used to each other again. During Covid most people stayed at home and therefore improved their cooking skills. This exercise is a great moment to show each other your cooking skills! Everyone cooks a meal of which they think they can cook best and make sure it’s enough so everyone can take a small size. A great and fun way to have a good meal and to break the ice after working from home for so long! 🍲 🥘 🧆
Team building activity games are valuable tools for enhancing teamwork, communication, and collaboration within a group. They offer several key benefits that contribute to a more cohesive and effective team.

Icebreaking and Relationship Building: Team building games provide a casual and fun atmosphere that breaks down initial barriers and encourages team members to interact in a non-work setting. This promotes better understanding, rapport, and stronger relationships among team members.

Fostering Creativity: Many team building games encourage creative thinking and innovative approaches to tasks. This helps team members develop a more open-minded and imaginative approach to their work.

Sense of Achievement: Accomplishing goals and overcoming challenges in team building games fosters a sense of achievement and shared success among team members.

Positive Work Environment: Regular team building activities contribute to a positive and friendly work environment, fostering camaraderie and a sense of belonging.

Integration of New Members: Team building games help integrate new members into the team by providing opportunities for them to interact with and get to know their colleagues in a more relaxed setting.

Do you like this exercise? Let’s give these variations a try:

1. You can tell some people to make an entree, others to make diner and others to make desert. This way everybody can eat a three course menu.

2. Ask upfront if people have certain diets, allergies or if they are vegetarian or vegan. Bring some extra food for them in case some people can’t eat everything the others bring.
